For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer must pay the applicable amount at the time of delivery.

For eligible COD refunds, Shopafly will process the refund through UPI or bank transfer and will not provide COD refunds in cash.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery period provided at checkout or communicated to the customer.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
